An unfinished concrete basement became finished living space with a rec room and a wet bar. Hunt framed and insulated the walls, added a vapour barrier and sound insulation in the ceiling and interior walls, ran new electrical with pot lights, finished the drywall, built the wet bar, and installed laminate, trim and paint.
